IRONSTAR & World Class Indoor Triathlon: Final stage of the indoor Moscow series 2018

IRONSTAR & World Class Indoor Triathlon is a triathlon competition in enclosed spaces. Their main feature is absence of a clearly defined distance. Participants should show their best results in the allotted time, so this format is suitable for beginners who are just trying their hand in the triathlon, as well as for experienced athletes who want to challenge themselves.

Participants can go through all the stages individually or as part of a relay team.

IRONSTAR & WORLD CLASS INDOOR TRIATHLON

• 10 min swimming in the 25-m pool

• T1 (5 min)

• 30 min on a stationary bike

• T2 (5 min)

• 20 min running on the trainer-track

Competition organizers: IRONSTAR Triathlon Russia and the network of fitness clubs World Class in Moscow.
