The Garda Trentino Half Marathon is a running event, over a distance of 21,097 km on the furthest north town on the shore of the famous Garda Lake in Italy (it. Lago di Garda). The race includes a family run and a non-competitive 8K. The program have a pre-race pasta party and the post race evening party with a musical concert. Prizes awards to the first 10 men and to the first 5 women absolute winners.

Awesome 2-days pasta-party!
On Saturday before the race and on Sunday after Garda Half Marathon includes a great pasta-party with excellent home-made wine and famous Italian pasta! Magnificent cheese, ham, bread, fruits and coffee always show that Italian cuisine and natural products are some of the best in the world.
Interesting starter pack with a towel and a set of sports nutrition.

Good level of safety during the event. The main roads were blocked by IVECO trucks.

Athletic level of runners
I finished 792-nd with the result 1:36:40 from 3984 finishers! There are a lot of strong runners of age groups (masters) who have time faster than 1h:30 in a half marathon.

Beautiful route
Very beautiful city and the track of race, everything is historical and authentic. Registration fees 35 euro and bus tickets from Milan to Trentino in both directions about 40 euros.
