European masters swimming championships 2016 in London was a great event in history of our team «Swimmpower Prague»! We broke the world record in 4×50m medley relay and won 7 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals.
The Gold aim? No problem!

We broke the world record at 1.5 seconds! It’s our time — 1:43.59!
The race schedule of 4×50m medley:
Ľuboš Križko > 50 backstroke = 26.11 (WR)
Vlad Bragin > 50 breaststroke = 28.69
Petr Gregor > 50 butterfly = 25.35
Andrzej Waszkewicz > 50 freestyle = 23.44
Interesting facts about the team statistics:
The average age of the swimmers ~ 39 years
The average height of athletes ~ 193 cm
Best in breaststroke masters swimming — Vlad Bragin got 4 gold medals of European masters swimming championships 2016! He won the 50, 100, 200 meters breaststroke in the category M45-49 and participation in the 4×50m medley relay.
Master of butterfly swimming — Petr Gregor have a gold in 50 & 100m butterfly (M40-44), 4×50m medley and bronze medal in 100m freestyle.
Ľuboš Križko won 2 gold medals — 50m freestyle (M35-39) and 4×50m medley relay. In the first stage in relay he broke World Record in 50m backstroke!
Bohumír Šraut has a podium with a silver medal in 100 meters butterfly (M40-44).
In 4×50m freestyle relay we have a 5th place (M120+).

Andrea Janigová successfully compete in breaststroke swimming (W40-44) with personal bests and she was our most beautiful talisman of the team «Swimmpower Prague».
