The World Masters Athletics Tampere 2022, scheduled to take place from June 29 to July 10, 2022, is a World Championship caliber event for the sport of athletics (track and field) for male and female athletes aged 35 years and over. This competition is open to all athletes, with no qualification standards, with the exception that athletes must be members of their respective national athletics federations.
Competition will be held under World Athletics regulations as modified for Masters by WMA via their Competition Rules and any other special rules specified for this competition.
“The entry deadline is Wednesday 27 April 2022. No entries will be accepted after the entry deadline. You still have time to register and training for the World Masters Athletics Championships Tampere 2022!” – says Andrzej Waszkewicz, European Masters Champion.
The World Masters Athletics Tampere 2022 is the perfect sporting stage before the Masters Games-2023, which will take place in the same city in Finland!
