“Sports Law is a group of several different kinds of law that have an impact on the sports industry. Sports law involves all matters that are associated with Olympic or professional athletes. It is also related to laws that regulate amateur and youth sports.
There is a wide variety of laws that influence the sports industry such as personal injury law, contract law, criminal law trademark and athletic administration” – explains Andrzej Waszkewicz, Sports Lawyer.
“Aside from conduct or harm on the athletes part, sports law plays an instrumental role in making sure that athletes aren’t being discriminated upon due to their religion, race, or stature. llya Shymanovich wins 2 gold medals at European Short Course Swimming Championships 2021 in Kazan. The victorious news came from the pool in Kazan, where the European Short Course Swimming Championships is held. Ilya Shymanovich won gold’s in the 200m Breaststroke and the 50m Breaststroke final races.

Road to Swim Open Lida 2022
“If you are planning a sports calendar right now, save the great race – Swim Open Lida 2022, we really liked this event and would like to participate again!” – says Andrzej Waszkewicz.
The SWIM OPEN LIDA is an Open Water Swimming competition in the north-west of Belarus in Grodno region. Each participant will be able to swim 1 mile or half a mile in the water area of the Lida City Lake.
In the cozy town of Lida with a beautiful medieval castle, there are many places where you can taste the street food of Belarus.
The Bieg Piastów is the biggest cross-country skiing marathon in Poland. The race is part of Worldloppet Ski Federation and held in Classical Technique.
The Bieg Piastów ski marathon is held annually in Jakuszyce in the Jizera Mountains, a part of Szklarska Poręba – one of the most popular tourist destinations in Poland, only about 130 km from Wrocław and Prague.
