In the ultramodern Olympic complex in x-bionic aquatic sphere in Šamorín held the Arena Slovakia Swimming Masters Cup 2018. Competitions were organized by the club “Turčianski vlci”, director Branislav Hakel powered by Arena swim brand.

Rudolf ŠMERDA (CZE) made New World Record in 200m butterfly with time 3:12.48s in category M75-79 years old and gained 10 293 points. ŠŤASTNÁ Marcela (CZE) in 100m butterfly with time 2:03.26s gained 9 793 points.

In the Arena Slovakia Swimming Masters Championships took part the most famous masters athletes from Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, world and European champions. International Swimming Meeting in Šamorín was a great sports event before the LEN European Masters Swimming Championships 2018 in Slovenia.
