The Sprint Triathlon Gdynia took place in the city of Gdynia on 4th August 2018. This is a traditional sports event at the short distance, consisting of 750 m swimming, 20 km bike and 5 km run before the great race of the Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia in Northern Poland.

Sunny weather, +30 °C air temperature and 24 °C water and without wind – it is unique for the Baltic coast. Despite the short distance of the triathlon, all athletes had to endure in such of the weather conditions.

The winners of the Sprint Triathlon Gdynia 2018 were athletes from Poland – Piotr Ławicki (01:00:28) and Paulina Klimas (01:05:09). In total, 1000 participants were registered for this race.
