IRONSTAR 226

Also known as “long distance”, “140.6″ (total miles traveled), or “Ironman Triathlon”. IRONSTAR 226 is a triathlon race at the 226 km distance.

IRONSTAR 113

Also known as “middle distance”, “70.3″ (total miles traveled), or “Half-Ironman”. IRONSTAR 113 is a triathlon race in 113 km total distance.

IRONSTAR SUPERMIX

Competition IRONSTAR SUPERMIX – a new unique format in the Russian triathlon.

It’s a Mix of two distances: 1/4 and 1/8 of the “Ironman” ⇒ 80,5 km (total distance).

The participant passes both distances in a row with a short break, and his result is evaluated according to the total time spent on both distances.

The first stage ⇒ IRONSTAR 1/8 ZAVIDOVO ⇒ 0.5 km swimming, 22 km bicycle race, 5 km running.
The second stage ⇒ IRONSTAR 1/4 ZAVIDOVO ⇒ 1 km swimming, 45 km cycling, 10 km running.

IRONSTAR 1/4

IRONSTAR 1/4 is a new unique format in Russian triathlon.
The race contains of 1 km swimming, 45 km bicycle race, 10 km running ⇒ 56 km is a total distance.

This format suits both beginners and experienced athletes. You can participate in competitions individually or as part of the relay team.

OLYMPIC

Also known as “international distance”, “standard course”, or “short course”. IRONSTAR Olympic Triathlon distance contains of 1,5 km swimming, 40 km bike and 10 km running ⇒ 51,50 km is a total race.

INDOOR

IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon is a triathlon competition in enclosed spaces. Their main feature is absence of a clearly defined distance (total race up to 35 km).

Participants should show their best results in the allotted time, so this format is suitable for beginners who are just trying their hand in the triathlon, as well as for experienced athletes who want to challenge themselves.

Participants can go through all the stages individually or as part of a relay team.

IRONSTAR 1/8

Triathlon IRONSTAR 1/8 is a new unique format in Russian triathlon.

The race contains of 0.5 km swimming, 22 km bicycle race, 5 km running ⇒ 27,5 km is a total distance.

This is 1/8 of the «Ironman» triathlon distance. The first step to the title of «Iron» man. The format is suitable for beginners in triathlon and sprinters. You can participate in competitions either individually or as part of a relay team.

SPRINT

IRONSTAR Sprint Triathlon is a Half of an Olympic distance. This is the shortest and brightest race in the triathlon competition. 0,75 km swimming, 20 km bike and 5 km run ⇒ (25,75 km) an ideal event for beginners!

IRONLADY

“Iron” men need “Iron” ladies!

IRON Lady is a women’s race, which is held in the framework of IRONSTAR on the eve of the start of the triathlon.

It is a perfect leisure for those who came to support members of their family or friends, but are not yet ready to participate in the triathlon. And also for the girls who just love running.

The distance of the race is 5 km, which makes it accessible for the Participants even with a low and medium level of preparation. Only girls over 16 years old are allowed to participate.

STARKIDS

STARKIDS is a children’s race for the youngest athletes that take place on the eve of the IRONSTAR Triathlon.

Children aged 0 to 12 years are allowed to participate. For those whose height is less than 1 m, a distance of 500 m is available, and for taller runners there is a distance of 1 km. Children’s race STARKIDS is a charity project of IRONSTAR and the foundation “Sozidanie” and are held under the motto “Children help children.”

Each participant of the race receives a start number, a STARKIDS T-shirt, a finisher medal and other souvenirs.

The IRONSTAR Triathlon is a biggest and most interesting sports series in Russia. Welcome and we will be very happy if you become an “iron” man in the highest level tournaments in the most beautiful cities of Russia!
