The great emotions, thousands of smiles and joy from the first victory – in Gdynia on the Baltic coast of Poland took place the competitions in aquathlon among children and youth athletes. Sunny weather, warm water in the sea and the best organization of the tournament, showed the participants and spectators a real sports festival with the unique atmosphere of the children’s version of IRONMAN in Poland.

More than 300 young athletes aged 5 to 15 years took part in the IRONKIDS Aquathlon Gdynia on 3 August 2018. The competitions consisted of two stages – swimming and running. Depending on the age group, participants overcame from 50 to 400 meters of swimming in the sea and from 200 to 2000 meters of running on the main boulevard of Gdynia.

In the IRONKIDS Aquathlon Gdynia competed young people from Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Lithuania, Belgium, Greece, Sweden and UK!

At the finish line of the aquathlon race, each participant received a beautiful medal and gifts from the partners of the Gdynia sport event.

For many children this was the first sports experience in life and the organizers did everything for the best impressions! For the parents and guests of the festival, the Family Zone and the IRONMAN Sport Expo were opened.
