The 19th FINA World Masters Championships will be held across the three cities of Fukuoka, Kumamoto and Kagoshima. The event period: from May 31 (Tue) – to June 9 (Thu), 2022 for 10 days.
Holding the tournament across three cities will allow for the wide dissemination of various effects and legacies, such as promoting swimming to all generations, promoting the interaction between participants and citizens, leading to the improvement of local power by holding the tournament, and economic ripple effects.
The tournament also aims to provide an attractive environment where participants can enjoy not only the races but their stay in the cities through a variety of fun events and contents.

Masters Swimming in Malta
Masters Swimming is a special class of competitive swimming for swimmers 25 years and older (for FINA and LEN events). Official World and European Championships are held every two years. Thousands of adult swimmers compete in these prestigious competitions and strive for medals for their countries.
“We are strive to promote Masters Swimming in Malta and there are big plans for the sporting seasons 2022-2024″, – says Andrzej Waszkewicz, SWIM Malta founder.
The Maltese Masters Swimming is an active sports community for adult athletes (aged 25 and upward), and it encompasses a wide range of ability from casual fitness swimming to competitive swimming, with the objectives better health and friendship between swimmers across the world.

Polish Masters Swimming Championships 2022
Looking forward to the Polish Masters Swimming Championships 2022! “I really hope that the Polish Swimming Federation and the Masters Technical Committee will finally realize a real big project for all swimmers” – says Andrzej Waszkewicz.
