RESO SUWAŁKI 10.5 – The big Municipal Running Festival is an amazing weekend of races organized in Suwałki, beautiful town located in North-Eastern Poland. All runners are welcome to visit the town on the Czarna Hańcza.

The unique climate of RESO Suwałki 10.5 which is created by exceptional people. The event is composed of the following competitions:

Suwałki 10,5K Quarter – a unique night race (at 21.30 hrs), organized along a quarter-marathon course with probably the best finish in Poland. Have you ever finished your race with the last meters run in a Hollywood style?

Suwałki Débuts is a race at the distance of 3,5 km – a perfect opportunity to make your debut in street running, especially since for this one, organized in Suwałki. We have prepared a unique finish, which will stay in the memory of every runner for a very long time!

Suwałki Nordic Walking – is an intergenerational event over a distance of 2 km, but what counts is not the distance, but endorphins and positive emotions that always accompany people practicing sport regardless of age. This event is open for seniors, beginners and everyone!

For competitors over 65-years-old – participating in RESO Suwałki 10,5 is FREE!

Races for kids and youth – popularizing running we don’t forget our youngest ones. Therefore we invite preschoolers, school children and youth to take part in our events, whose finish, as it is the case of adult races, will take place on the red carpet in the centre of Pogodne Suwałki!

Awards & Prize Money

For winners and top-places in 10.K / 3,5K – will be awarded of Prize money, cups and memorable statuettes.

The each finisher of every distance will receive a medal at the finish line!

Run to Island

On Sunday, July 7, 2019 – the day after the evening of amazing running, the second edition of RESO Suwałki 10,5 will take place, i.e. the morning breakfast course “Run to Island“.

The run will start at 9:00 from Square M. Konopnickiej and all runners at a easy rate will overcome about 3.5 km to the charming island of the Arkadia Lagoon. There, delicious scrambled eggs will be waiting for each participant.

Remember that on this day there will be no time and place at the finishing line, but integration and atmosphere of the place where we will meet at the breakfast together. Participation in the race is free and open for everyone, regardless of age and running level.
