Vester Masters 2019: International Masters Swimming Tournament in Kaliningrad, Russia

International Masters Swimming Tournament «Vester Masters 2019» will be held in Kaliningrad, on 9-10 March – the most western and beautiful city of Russia with a rich history. Competition is open for all swimmers of the age groups from 20 years-old and older from all countries.

Every year is a very bright and hospitality Masters competitions in Kaliningrad unite amateur swimmers from different countries! Athletes from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland and the Czech Republic come to Russia and compete together at the sports venue of Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.

Entry Fees ⇒ 1200 RUB (~16 €) / for masters clubs members) and 2000 RUB (~26 €) / for individual athletes)

Masters Banquet ⇒ Official Award Ceremony and awesome after party (10 March 2019), tickets / 1500 RUB (~20 €)

Swimming competitions «Vester Masters 2019» are held on the basis of the FINA Masters Rules.

Participants of the Age Group (20-24) compete in the tournament and the winners in each discipline will be awarded of medals. However, participation in the General Classification (TOP-10) is open only to athletes 25 years-old and older (FINA Masters Rules).

0 20-24, A 25-29, B 30-34, C 35-39, D 40-44 , E 45-49, F 50-54, G 55-59,
H 60-64, I 65-69, J 70-74, K 75-79, L 80-84, M 85-89, N 90-94, O 95+

Age groups in team relays:

A 100-119, B 120-159, C 160-199, D 200-239, E 240-279, F 280-319, G 320+

Vester Masters 2019 – Awards:

Individual Awards

Winners (1st places) will be awarded medals for each individual discipline in every Age Group.

In each individual discipline of the competition program for winners (FINA Masters Points), a money award is provided – 3000 RUB.

General Classification:

TOP-10 best Masters Swimmers of tournament scoring the highest number of points in 3 individual distances will be awarded special prizes (FINA Points System).

Clubs Classification ⇒ on the total of points of 15 best results of the club members (no more than three from one participant) and points, for the two best relay races. The 1-5th places of teams will be awarded Cups.

In each team discipline of the competition program for relays (FINA Masters Points), a money award is provided – 8000 RUB (1st place), 6000 RUB (2nd place) and 4000 RUB (3rd place).

Masters Banquet – Award Ceremony

The General Awards Ceremony will be at 15:30 (till 23:00), on 10 March 2019 in the banquet hall «Hercules», Avenue Mira, 105 in Kaliningrad. Entry tickets to «Masters Banquet» cost by 1500 RUB (~20 €) at the competition office in the pool.
