August 9-11, 2019 Poland will host a world class event of IRONMAN Triathlon series. Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia is the biggest triathlon event in the East-Central Europe with more than 4.000 athletes from 40+ different countries.

WIŚNIOWSKI IRONKIDS 2019
The big triathlon weekend will begin with the event of WIŚNIOWSKI IRONKIDS – wonderful races for youngest participants from 5 to 15 years-old. IRONKIDS is a event in aquathlon format: swimming + running.

SPRINT TRIATHLON GDYNIA 2019
Sprint Triathlon Gdynia is a side event to the Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia. The race is held the day before the main competition (Saturday). Sprint triathlon distance: 750 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run.
Sprint distance is a great choice for those who simply prefer shorter distances but also for those who are still on the way to their first IRONMAN 70.3 race.

Enea IRONMAN 70.3 GDYNIA 2019
The main competition of Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia involves a 1.9 km swim in the Gdansk Bay and a 90 km bike course with plenty of rolling hills in the picturesque Kashubia region followed by a 21 km run along the streets and seaside boulevards crowned by an unforgettable finish line located on the main city beach in Gdynia.
